Terms of Service

IMPORTANT: Services are in the process of moving to Vgen.
Not every commission type will be immediately available, but will be added over time.

Availability and Priority

3-5 personal commissions at a time; may request to be added on a waitlist.
Commercial commissions take priority, followed by commissions with set deadlines.
For commercial commissions, please send a separate inquiry via email.

Yes/No's:

I can accept: fan art, original characters, ship art, furries (anthro and feral), monsters, situations with wounds or blood, or suggestive poses/situations as necessary.
I do not accept: NSFW/R18/R-18G, mecha/machines, heavy armory, or real people (not limited to pictures or photos).

The Client:

Must provide clear descriptions/image references for the requested character. *Additional fees are required for character or clothing design.
May request up to 1 work-in-progress shot after the initial sketch(es).
May request up to 4 minor revisions: 3 during sketching, 1 for minor details during the final check.
May upload the finished piece to their social media with watermark.
Is prohibited from editing, minting, reselling, auctioning, or claiming the finished piece as their own.
Is prohibited from feeding the sketch(es) or completed piece(s) to any sort of machine learning datasets.
Reserves the right to request a partial refund after sketch confirmation, depending on commission progress.
Reserves the right to request a full refund if commission has not been started after 2 weeks, or after 2 months of waiting, regardless of progress.

The Artist:

Reserves the right of using the finished piece as a portfolio on the artist’s website and/or social media(s), unless explicitly requested not to by the client (there is a separate fee for private commissions).
Reserves the right to reject a commission request if considered unable to fulfill the client’s standards.
Reserves the right to request additional fees when: 1) more than 4 revisions are needed, 2) a major revision is asked after final delivery.
Reserves the right of cancelling and refunding a commission request fully under special circumstances.
Reserves the right of rejecting a refund if the piece is fully finished.

Pricing and Payment

All rates are in USD (United States dollar)
All rates are for personal work only; estimate commercial work to be 300% of listed rate.
Payment is done in full and in advance; via PayPal or Wise. Can negotiate for a 50:50 payment plan for orders over $100
Refund policy is as described above.
Work will commence once first payment is made.
When payment is confirmed, the artist will assume you have read the Terms of Services.

Communication and Updates

Initial payment must be made upon commission being accepted; waitlisted requests will be contacted for this payment before commission work begins.
After payment, sketch will be delivered in 1-2 weeks for client input and revisions. Commission must be paid in full by this point before work continues.
Finished commission delivered in 5-9 weeks following sketch confirmation, depending on schedule, details, and queue.
Updates may be provided every other week upon client request.

Add-on prices will fluctuate depending on the complexity of add-ons such as
detailed armor, clothes, weapons, complex lighting and detailed environments,
alongside the type of commission.

PWYW Skeb-Likes

A roulette-prompt-styled commission based on character images, descriptions, motifs, and/or moodboards. Minimum payment is $80.

Maximum 2 characters per request.
It may take 2-7 days before your request is either accepted or refused
Once payment is made, client will receive a designated date to which the commission should be delivered by, within 6 weeks.
Should the artist be unable to complete the commission by the designated date, the client shall receive a full refund.
Designated "no contact, no revision" commission type. Any attempts to contact the artist for updates or revisions for this type of commission will result in a refund, and may result in a blacklist from this type of commission.
